Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a technique used to access unprocessed trauma. Brainspotting is effective at getting people unstuck because it accesses deeper regions of the brain than talk therapy alone. In fact, one session of Brainspotting can achieve the equivalent of 10 talk therapy sessions.

Unprocessed trauma can show up in many areas of your life including anxiety, depression, failed relationships and physical pain. Once trauma is processed effectively, you will be able to alleviate many unwanted symptoms.
